It doesn’t matter who we are, the aging process is eventually going to catch up with us. When we are known for our looks and even make our living from it, however, it can be difficult.

Sometimes, we may see a celebrity and we freeze them in time to a certain extent. As they get older, they also experience the aging process but we tend to remember them in their youth.

It can be interesting to see people as they age in this way because often, they seem to age in leaps and bounds rather than aging gradually, such as someone that may be close to us. In the end, however, all of us are heading in that direction.

One person who has certainly experienced the aging process over the years is Meg Foster. Many people remember her from the movie, Adam at 6 AM in 1970, but she went on to star in many other shows and movies as well.

As an American actress with icy blue eyes, she was almost instantly popular because of her looks. Over the past couple of decades, however, she has changed from someone who was easily recognizable to somebody that almost nobody would recognize.

Meg Foster is now 76 years old and it seems as if people are having a difficult time grasping the fact that she has changed over the years. Like many actors, they froze her in time but she has continued to change.

Of course, the fact that she decided to age naturally rather than having cosmetic surgery says a lot for her and her Constitution as well. It’s beautiful to see somebody age naturally, at least once you get over the initial surprise of seeing someone looking so different than what you remember.

In the end, Meg has given us many things to enjoy. We appreciate the entertainment and we wish her many more years of health and happiness.
