What comes to your mind when you think about Susan Boyle? Like many people, you probably think about her iconic voice and the fact that she came out of nowhere to become very famous.
These days, Susan Boyle has been laying low for a couple of years after having a minor stroke. She recently posted on Instagram, however, which was the first time in a long time and she gave a teaser that some new songs may be in the works. She simply said: “I am back.”
This is the first time that Susan Boyle has been on Instagram since 2023. She was looking glamorous in a hot pink blazer and she gave even more of a hint in the caption.
She said: “Today’s a special day — it’s my birthday! But I’ve got something exciting to share. I’m back and working on some wonderful new projects that I can’t wait for you to hear about!”
She also says that she couldn’t wait to do more, adding: “I just wanted to say how much I’ve missed you all. Your support means the world to me and I’m more determined and excited than ever.”
It seems as if she is about to return and it’s nice to know that the minor stroke she suffered in 2022 did not put her down and out.
In the post from June 2023, she wrote: “For the past year I have worked so hard to get my speech and singing back with the sole aim of being able to sing on stage again.”
These days, Susan Boyle is living a good life in a small Scottish town. It is estimated that she is worth some $40 million, but she likes to keep her life as simple as possible.
After going mega-viral with her performance on Britain’s Got Talent, she decided that the limelight was not for her. Although Susan has done a great job of building up her finances, she still tries to be thrifty and prudent when she is spending.
It’s also good to know that she and her siblings have mended their relationship since there were issues back in 2016. Even Susan said: “I’m very happy, it’s a great relief and I’m looking to the future with a happy smile. Everything is hunky dory and fantastic.”
You never know what the talent shows are going to bring to you and it’s amazing that Susan Boyle is there as an inspiration for us. We would like to see much more of her in the future.
