While yes, hydration status does affect your skin and your brain, this isn’t tied to time of day. It is important to be well hydrated and to be hydrating throughout the day. Whether or not you choose to start your day with a glass of water doesn’t matter so much as ensuring you are consuming water throughout the day does.
